The first of many pink-y yarns. I was trying for a monochromatic look, with the yarn shading from dark to lighter pink. I'm happy with the results, but don't know what I'll do with it. It's 440 yds of fingering weight Merino wool and would make some very nice socks...but considering the sloooow progress of the Jaywalkers, who knows when I would get to it?
I have some of the same yarn, but variagated that I could use with it...any ideas?
(Oh yeah, I've painted more yarns since this picture, but they're off being photographed by a professional)
