After 4 balls of Silk Garden, 1 ball of Karaoke and about 2 weeks of being smitten with the colors, the stitch, the lovelyness of it all: I bound of Wednesday night!
Onto the floor for a light blocking (spritzed and pinned gently...didn't want to lose the texture)
Wrapped around a chilly me (on my balcony)
With just a few stitches with a silk ribbon
The wrap becomes a
Shrug!
The entrelac "Thing-y" (and that's the technical name)

Oh Tara it's beautiful!
Entrelac makes me drool. I tried it once and found myself terribly confused.
I love what you made here though. First of all, it is made with awesome yarn. Pictures I'm sure don't do it justice. Secondly, it is entrelac (very impressive) and lastly, you managed to make it into a shrug.
Very cool.
It's gorgeous, and the shrug conversion is ingenious!
Very nice Thing-y! It makes me even more interested in trying entrelac. I love the texture and colour of your wrap.
