So I don't think I mentioned this before, but I was rushing to finish the Winter Grays cardigan in time to wear it to the 'Therapy Sessions'...the knitting group (founded by my boss at the LYS) held at a local bar/lounge Therapy Cafe. The reason? A photographer from local paper was coming to capture our knitterlyness on film!
I've never gone to this group before, but I had a great time and got tons of compliments on my cardi!
Oh, you want to see it?
Blocking:
This morning:
At work:
While dancing, like Skinny Rabbit:
And if that's not enough, some details:
The bottom edge:
The collar, which I'm actually going to make wider...I just bound off because I wanted to WEAR it:
Note: I took all but the top two pictures, while at work. By myself. Just me and the self-timer and the throngs of people walking past this big window, thinking I'm nuts.
Oh, all that, and the photographer never showed!
Just in Time!
