Sunrise
SunsetToday is a transitory day, between one trip (for work, in the mountains of VA) and another (for family, at the beach in SoCal). I should be doing laundry, cleaning toilets, packing. Instead, I'm transferring hundreds of pictures from my camera to the computer, trying to find the thread to weave it all together.
I can't.
My brain is travel-fried (like diner over-easy eggs), so today I'll catch up on my photoblog and share a few of my favorites here:

Now, here's something I pondered a few days ago, over a discussion of blogs and knitting friends and such... "Is it possible that this blog-friendly, yarn-loving girl with wit is someone I've stumbled across before?"
The Answer: Yes. I remember the ripple watch. I don't remember just why/how I found you before, but I find it comforting that the world is, indeed, an occasionally small place.
As I knew little about knitting or ripples, at the time I merely thought, "Hmm. Wonder if I've ever run across this chicky?"
Let the wondering cease. I love solved mysteries.

hi, randomed in from ravelry. i found you thru the location links over there. i wanted to comment on your puppy! he's SO cute! i def. think it's part beagle and basset hound. my boyfriend and i have a basset hound/lab mix. he's the same as your dog with the basset body but a lab head. he always freaks people out :D
oh and i'm from JC orginally! that's what i was looking at on rav. :D
