Socks Complit

Remember the UT socks I was knitting from yarn I received in Project Spectrum sock yarn swap? No?
Well, neither did I. Last May I finished the first sock, put away and left it be. They were supposed to be good luck socks for Hub to get into a grad school...but that didn't work out the way he wanted, so I didn't want to work on them again until his school stuff got worked out.

Well, he's not going to his first choice, but now he's a Poli Sci/Teacher Ed student at ETSU and after months of paperwork, confusion and waiting, today the last of the financial aid came through!

All that and today my job became permanent! I'm employed! Health insurance will soon be mine!
More good news tomorrow...
