O Christmas Tree

I love Christmas trees and, as a child raised with the same artificial tree each year, I especially love live Christmas trees. The first year we were married, Hub and I got a pitiful, Charlie Brown tree. Last year, after decorating at work, I just wasn't up for it at home.
This year, Hub (the grinch on all things Christmas) insisted that we didn't have the money for a Christmas tree and with that, I gave up on it.

Imagine my suprise when I came home last week and this was in my living room:

Christmas tree in stand, lights strung, Christmas music playing.

We had a lovely evening of dancing to the Beach Boys Christmas album and pulling out our favorite ornaments. I'll add to this post as I take pictures of them

I painted 4 of these sweet little angels last year.



Ok, so these salt and pepper shakers aren't ornaments, but they sure are Christmas-y. I painted them last year.
