
Argh! Wrote a whole post about this delicious recipe, but blogger ate it. SO,
Here's the details:
- from How To Be a Domestic Goddess
- I usually make it in a baby bundt mold and it ends up puffier and lighter (and fancier), something about the loaf pan made it denser
- I really am blaming the recipe and not myself for its denseness (and lack of rising), as every other recipe I've made from this book has been outragously wrong.
- However, Hub loves lemony things and I love the dense, sweet lemonyness of this, so I keep making it
- Oh, and YUM!
