Christmas crafts

Now that I really feel settled in a dwelling, with no intention of moving for several years, I'm anticipating decorating for the holidays in a new-to-me fervor. I've been finding so many good Christmas-y crafts that I'm excited to try, I can hardly contain myself:

• a Christmas village: here are instructions for one, although the picture isn't so great. I want mine to look more like Alicia's or Blair's.
• Gumdrop wreaths!
• The other day I had a link to instructions for cone trees, but look how great these look!
• Christmas cookies in all forms are always on my list, here's some info on decorating them.
• Snowflake ornaments, tutorial here (Thanks K)

Of course, I'm not sure when I'll have time for these, but I like to imagine I'll start spending my evenings in a flurry of crafty productivity, instead of a tired, braindead blob. Here's hoping!
