Another bookstore evening

After a rocky start, my Saturday ended up pretty good.
I went to my Saturday knitting group and was shown a new knitter's first project:

Can you believe how beautiful?
It's the warshrag from the Mason Dixon book, out of KnitPicks Shine. I am SO proud of the new knitter!
Later Hub and I went to dinner at an odd little hole-in-the-wall, the Crazy Tomato. We go out to eat so rarely (it's been...months) it's always a treat. (Even when I forget that, after 2 years of living and eating with a vegetarian, my body can't handle the Meatball Sub)
Afterwards we hung out at Books-A-Million (I finally got my hands on the new IK) until we caught Stranger Than Fiction. Very good, I definately recommend it. Husband thought it would 'darker', but I thought it was fantastic. I've never seen Will Ferrel so, uh, not-big. Last Thursday we listened to his interview on Fresh Air and it really gave me perspective on him and his characters. Have you seen it? What did you think?
