International Mail Day

Right after getting out of the shower yesturday, the doorbell rang. Who could it be at 9am on a Saturday?

With my birthday gift from my darling roomate who's living in London. I was thrilled to learn she took my hints about Loop and sent me yarn!

2 balls of Rowan Biggy Print and 1 skein of Noro Iro.

So pretty!

And then, a bit later, I got a package from

a Knittyboard swap.

Whoo!

PS. I rarely look at my stats, but when I saw that 6 people have found this blog by searching "Tara", I was intrigued. It may be terribly self-absorbed, but I, too, searched google for Tara and besides finding various famous Taras, I also found an Irish hill, a Buddhist bodhisattvas (goddess), various villages, and a very pretty brooch.
