I have been unfaithful.
I have beaded.
I have crocheted.
But I promise, it was all in the name of Knit.
The stitchmarkers are prizes for Summer of Sock winners.
The shawl is blocking (but I ran out pins-I'm off to find some more) but I should have more details tomorrow.
On the home front, Wednesday we finally got hot water (after 4 days of ice cold showers, ya'll) and today we got our phone service (after 1 week of being incommunicado with everyone) and then, then, right in the middle of brushing our teeth-the water shut off. Totally.
So we raced down to the Municipal (which I keep pronouncing munincipal) Building and paid $50 in order to have it turned back on.
Apparantly, when the landlord said the utilities would be on until the end of the month, he really meant mid-month.

I want to see a full picture of that gorgeous shawl!
Beading does not count as being unfaithful! Great markers.
Can NOT wait to see pictures of your finished shawl! I looks amazing : )
Love your stitch markers, they turned out great. I don't think they would count as cheating, their knitting related!
The crochet looks awesome!
It's okay, Tara. We've all at least thought about being unfaithful... I've beaded too, but only for the purpose of stitch markers!
