Arrivoven

Don't you think that should be a word, as in " we have arroven"?
Hub and I got a lot done with putting stuff away: kitchen, bathrooms, about 2zillion loads of laundry and dishes (I love having a dishwasher again!), and obviously, the computery. Sadly, it still doesn't look like home, as we sold most of our furniture before leaving. We have one comfy chair, a desk and the kitchen table and chairs. So yeah, not a lot of relaxin' in the living room yet! No complaints, though, it's just so nice to have dishes in the cabinets and some of the boxes gone!

With all the moving crazyness, I failed to mention the other, yarn-related craziness going on around here (or, there). Lindy, of Knittique, got in the yarn I was to dye for her last week, mere days before I moved. I (insanely) agreed to dye at least half of it before the move.

and this is some of it drying

and some more of it

oh, and some more
I did all of this in 2 days! 2 drippy, splattered days, in between packing, cleaning and visiting with everyone who heard I might be leaving.
The yarn will be available at Knittique's site, shortly.

I think if you want somethign to be a word, you can just decide to make it a word. You're the boss of you.

Whoa - if that is how productive you are when in the middle of a move, you might want to move more often ;o)

I'm glad you've arrived and are settling in! The yarn looks beautiful.
