The shawl has landed

When last we saw the Pi shawl, she was enjoying the trip to FL, relaxing on the beach.She hapily drove to Naples and Sanibel Island, keeping me company while my little brothers found lots of shells.She took a back seat for the rest of the vacation but jumped into my hands when we left at 6am for the long drive to TN Saturday morning.

I was feeling a bit tired and silly here, but you can see she's grown!

Pi tried to help us figure out where we went wrong on the FL turnpike.

And was held up by Hub as we drove across the GA state line (yes, that's her in the corner)

We stopped at Hub's grandparents in southern TN for two nights and were home by Monday evening.

The shawl was exhausted and decided to snuggle with Andre.

Now that we're home I'm knitting furiously on two designs, both due this week, so there will be very little shawl progress. I do hope to have a review of the yarn shops I visited and a proper thank you to the packages I received upon arriving home soon!
