Very long coupla days, as Knittique (LYS and my job) is having a "moving sale" everything 25% off and the owner is sick, sick, sick (bird flu?). So it's been busy, and I've been along with a whack of sale-driven knitters!
Only real knitting I've gotten done is for the store, while at work. We recently developed Scraplet Skeins, which is a 100 yd skein of yarn with 10 different yarns in it...and I've knit 3 mitered squars out of one, as a store sample. Please excuse the ultra-bright colors, it's an interesting colorway, but not one I would normally work with:
In related, square news I sent off my mom's Mother's Day gifts (yeah, it'll be late) including this washcloth,
The Happy Hooker and Interweave's Crochet. What can I say, we're a crafty fambly!
(sorry 'bout the bad pics, I took 'em at work and despite the "daylight" lamp, the color's are never quite right there!)

So are the scraplet skeins actual skeins made of many different yarns then? Might be an interesting way to try out new fiber. Good idea!
Hey Tara,
I'll be down there this Friday and I can't wait. The excitement of the sale is just bubblin' over 'til yarn lust is oooozing out ha..ha..ha... is Lindy really that ill? I hope not. See ya Friday. Love your new dyed knits especially the greens.
