Good Luck Socks..er...sock

Finished! One single sock!

My first toe up sock and I'm quite pleased! Because it reminds Hub of UT, where he has an interview this month, I'm considering them good luck socks. When we find out he's been accepted, I'll knit the second one. That, I figure forces the issue...God wouldn't want me to hop around on one beautiful sock would he? Of course not! Two fee, two socks...and Hub a grad student!It seems like everyone else is whipping out socks at the speed of light..but because they're my "take-along knitting" mine seem to take FOR.E.VER. In order to prove myself (right or wrong), I'm tracking each sock's progress...maybe I'll get faster? Or something?
