I never have anything inspiring, humurous or even terrifying to report at this point in the week (my knitting karma hasn't turned on me yet, but I'm waiting in fear). So what do I do when sentences (for some reason, I can't decide how to spell that word...hmm) fail me? I make lists!
What I'm resisting adding to the Christmas Knit List:
- Felted bag to put Mom's gifts in
- Fuzzy Feet for Grams
- Slippers for Mom
- Christmas Stockings for me and Hub
- knit wire votive holders from Handknit Holidays (I just got the book from the library and I love it!)
- more knitted ornaments!
Reasons I'm resisting:
- Mom and Jamie both have birthdays in January!
- I have only 1 scarf, 1 hat, and 1 pair of fingerless gloves...I'm in need of some warm handknits!
- I need this cardigan (for ME! All me!)
- Karaoke is begging to be swatched
- I have pattern floating around in my head that is keeping me up at night. Seriously.
- Lady Eleanor! Will I ever get to Lady Eleanor?!
- Oh yeah, and Hot Lava? I really do love Hot Lava....why do I always forget her?
